Overall, I rarely see material regarding one-on-one meetings being shared by developer news aggregators. They seem to be out there, just not being shared or compiled. This list is great!
I have a few items of feedback, but I know this list is still in progress, forgive me if any of these are already in progress.
Recommended Resources Section
Might be redundant to have resources in multiple sections, consider using a symbol (IE: asterisk) to denote a recommended resource within their respective categories.
Consider text styles (bold, italics, underlines)
Consider emojis 🌟⭐✨
This might not be optimal for longer lists/documents, if the denotation symbol is too generic (IE: asterisk)
If you would keep recommended resources section, provide extra context on why they are your recommended resources.
List of Resources
Consider using tables to list out resources.
Tables are a bit difficult to manage, but with very good markdown editors, they are extremely easy to compose. The downside is for contributors and they may have issues editing them. I personally use Typora, it is amazing and tables are painless.
What I do like about the table route is the presentation and the visual organization of things. It allows you to box those resources and add context without getting too messy.
For Managers
Resources for managers on how to effectively conduct 1:1 meetings.
1:1 meetings are insightful and productive, but initial meetings can be difficult to kick off. This article compiles soft questions to pose during those first 1:1 meetings.
1:1 meetings can be daunting and nerve wrecking for both managers and direct reports. Author Claire Lew lists out the ways that they can be facilitated with less tension while maintaining an effecting meeting.
Resources Subcategories
Only feedback for these sections is to have a blurb of sorts to give a high-level context of what theme binds these resources together.
For Managers: Resources that will help managers conduct 1:1 with direct reports. Resources include questions to pose and methods in which to conduct 1:1 meetings.
For Makers: Resources for contributors to maximize your 1:1 meetings with managers and good questions that you might be avoiding.
