PhantomJS 2.0 not supported #2

This is due to an unresolved bug in node-phantom https://github.com/alexscheelmeyer/node-phantom/issues/115

For now, install PhantomJS 1.9.x. Here's how to do it with homebrew

brew install homebrew/versions/phantomjs198

this pull (https://github.com/ajam/banquo/pull/3) would mitigate the 1.9/2 issue by using the phantomjs module's path.
