Add group messaging

• A player can join multiple groups
• Groups will be stored via SQLite in a local database
• Groups can be created by players
• A player can be a group admin of a group
• A group admin can make another player a group admin by a command
• A group admin can disband the group
• Creating a group will make the creator a group admin
• A group admin can kick anyone from the group
• A group admin can take the admin status of another group admin

• Add a dicord bot that creates a private discord channel in the configured catagory that only the group members can see. Discord bot will send messages sent in the group to that channel and vice-versa

I know you don't like trying out new DBs but just checkout MongoDB once?

Actually having many options for data storing is in my plans for thid plugin. But I chose SQLite at this stage as I already am familiar with it. Next up I'll add MySQL and configuration opitons. I'll surely look for it though
