Cardcast formatting fix #113

Fixes the cardcast formatting by capitalizing the first letter and adding a period.

It definitely wasn't. I merged it into the feature branch but never made new builds for it. I've merged this up to master and when I set up new server(s) this will be in there. I'll also be looking at other pending pull requests.

Sorry I've not been very active on this recently, I've just not had motivation to work on programming-related stuff outside of work hours.
