Feature request: make integrated decks optional when cardcast deck is added #125

I think it would be useful to let users play with only an imported cardcast set.

An example: In the case of translations, users will not want to have english cards mixed with an imported translation deck.

For the record: I tried using the banned cards list to ban the "non optional" deck, but it did not work.
