Feature: Adjustable timer multiplier instead of idle timer checkbox. #146

Let game hosts set a timer multiplier (defaulting to 1x, which is equivalent to having the old idle timer checkbox "checked") for speeding up or slowing down the idle timeout.

Tested and working on my private PYX server.

Eh, doesn't match my preferred style, but I don't see anything particularly wrong with it. If anything, my fault for not having a checkstyle thing set up.
