Moved min/default/max to configuration file #219

I've moved all the min/default/max configuration parameters to the usual file.

yo this is amazing! I hate that I've been neglecting this for so long, but this is definitely something that I had been wanting to do for a while. Thank you!

Just noticed that the client doesn't really like this because of the game prefix.

This fix is pretty easy, just remove the prefix.
