10 years ago FWIW, while I don't recall "make a dub cast" showing up, I've seen "make a harem" appear in games several times without any ill effects. However if there are more than a few players it runs heavily into issue #1. This doesn't halt gameplay at all but even with the z-index fix mentioned in that issue at some point cards will start getting lost off the bottom of the window, and some players will not be able to be chosen by the Czar.
However I do have a theory as to why there might be a crash reported by others for these: at pick 5, only one group of cards can fit on a row, and there's only a small amount of space left over on the right in the window size that I normally play at. I suspect that at a narrower window size (or higher zoom level) it might not be possible to fit a group onto any single row; I haven't checked the code but it wouldn't surprise me if something in the scaling/layout logic hit an infinite loop or negative range check as a result of this.

These cards have large (more than 3) pick values. I'm gonna pull those out of the Anime deck for now and then try to take a look at them later. I don't know if these have never worked, but they should have been there for months...
