Banned/neutral/required -> disliked/neutral/preferred plus checkbox to independently switch each column to old(current) behavior #84

Change the banned/neutral/required system to instead be disliked/neutral/preferred with checkbox to independently switch each column to old(current) behavior.

Then sort visible games by the number of preferred extensions are in use.
