Is there any way to automate script? iPhone 11, iOS 15.2.1

Yes, you can create multiple Personal Automations under the Shortcuts app to run every few hours with action as - Run Shortcut and select LSForecast. Make sure to turn off the options "Ask Before Running" and "Notify When Run" for each automation.
