[Bug]: Chnaging the twitter icon!!! #1217

Bug Summary

When trying to change the Twitter icon on the platform, the icon doesn't update as expected.

Bug Description

The issue occurs when attempting to change the Twitter icon in the footer. The expected behavior is that the Twitter icon should change when the update is applied, but it remains the same despite applying the change. This seems to occur across multiple environments.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the settings page for icons. Click on the "Change Twitter Icon" option. Select a new icon from the list. Apply the changes. See the error where the icon doesn't update.

Expected Behavior

Twitter icon should change to the newly selected icon after applying the change.
