ADDITION OF LINKED LIST - SINGLY, DOUBLY AND CIRCULAR

Description- There is no separate folder for Linked List under the DSA- problem solution folder. Also there is no mention of doubly and circular linked list.

Purpose: This issue is to create comprehensive documentation for linked list data structures in our repository.

Scope: The documentation should cover:

• Linked list concepts (singly, doubly, circular)
• Basic operations (insertion, deletion, traversal, searching)
• Time and space complexity analysis
• Use cases and applications
• Leetcode questions
