A simulation of the RM3 float shall be used as a tutorial (example) for the OET. The following files must be uploaded to the repository:

[x] STL geometry of the float
[x] BEMIO.m file
[x] BEM files of the float (WAMIT)
[x] BEMIO HDF output
[x] hydroCoeff.mat structure from Processor.m
[x] OET output files (CSV)
[x] WEC-Sim input files (wecSimInputFile.m, float.slx, float.stl)
[x] WEC-Sim output in a matlab structure
[x] WEC-Sim output plots for comparison

In addition, the documentation must be updated to explain this tutorial to the user.
