after controller node restart, mysql fails as bind address reverted to 127.0.0.1 #36

maybe for now, we just need to keep this in mind, but we should be solving this.. all api accessess fails due to this (e.g. keystone token-get)

Another note: I needed to restart nova services too alongwith mysql, as somehow they were'nt able to connect to mysql after I restarted just mysql server
