Constellations a default in Sky view under Mars and Lunar databases

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  In the Earth API, turn on the Mars or Moon databases.
2.  Switch to Sky view.
3.

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?

Constellations should not be on, but there should be a way to turn them 
on/off at will.

Which plugin version are you using? 2.165

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?

IE 6, 7, Firefox

Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.

See http://gaialab.asu.edu/SolarSyatem for an example.  When the page 
loads it will show Mars.  Press the Sky button on the left side.  In 
regular Earth view, turning sky on doesn't turn on the constellations.  
See http://gaialab.asu.edu/exoplanets for this, correct, behavior.  When 
the page loads Earth, it progamatically switches to Sky View, and the 
constellation layer is not turned on by default.
