3D building exclusion zone #459

When dealing with project proposals I want to show proposed buildings
models in the context of an existing 3D city in Google earth. I don't want
to turn off the 3D buildings but instead define a region where no 3D
buildings should be rendered so I can place my own proposed buildings in
that area.

I don't know of any way to work around this issue.
