As I wrote in your other ticket:

My translation of you summary isn't perfect, but it appears this is an issue 
with imagery provided by Google Earth. This bug tracker is for bugs with the 
Earth API, not the imagery provided by Earth. If you'd like to pursue your 
issue, a good place to start might be:
