What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'm using SmartGWT to create an instance of Google Earth in a web browser. I am
then using canvas elements to display windows on top of the Earth. On a mac,
the canvas windows appear correctly in firefox and chrome browsers, however, on
a windows machine the canvas elements are hidden behind the instance of Google
Earth. What do I have to do differently to have the canvas elements appear on
top of Google Earth whether I am on a PC or a Mac?
What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
Which plugin version are you using?
Which browsers and operating systems are affected?
