Problems to download teh installer file

Hello

when I tried to download the google earth pro from the link submited to my job 
email at different times (eparga2@slb.com)the next message is presented:

Unable to download GoogleEarthProWin.exe from dl.google.com.
Unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or 
cannot be found. Please try again later.

Hopefully you can help me to solve this issue because the free trial is just 
for 7 dyas.
