ERROR AL INSATALAR Y EJECUTAR GOOGLE EARTH - Failed to install and run GOOGLE EARTH

Hace poco que me compré un ordenador al que he instalado el Windows 7 
Enterprise 32 bits. He intentado instalar el google earth y cuando lo intento 
abrir se queda bloqueado. Uso Internet Explorer 9

I recently bought a computer you've installed Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit. I 
tried installing the google earth and when I try to open latches. I've Internet 
Explorer 9.
