What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Google Earth - either v6.2 (stable), or v7.0.1.8244 (beta). Both
create problem (for me).
2. v7.0.1.8244 (beta) will still install (giving this missing .dll message
several times), but then upon launching the program after it's installed, this
message will appear several times during launch (5-7 times?).

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
Expected behavior is that I simply don't see this message (never have before).
Which plugin version are you using?
??? This is for stand-alone program.
Which browsers and operating systems are affected?
Occurring in a new system build on Win7-64bit.
Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.
