getViewportGlobeBounds () wrong #877

Hello,

I have a not correct result when I use getViewportGlobeBounds() on GEView. When 
you zoom too much the bounding box become wrong.

It was working with the version 6.2 but not now with the 7.0.1.8244.

Can I expect a fix.
