What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. all new Google Earth 7.0.2 downloaded files offred by various suppliers can 
not be installed because of damaged configuration data for this product.
2. only 7.0.1 can be installed
3.

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?

Which plugin version are you using?

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?
Windows XP, Firefox
