audio is not played using the html5 <audio> -tag #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the "audio challenge" link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To hear the sound.. You get a link to manually download an mp3 file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest. Any.

Please provide any additional information below.
html5 with ogg would be preferred(vp8 should be ok too).
