Jiffle: only allow a single destination image #24

Jiffle implicitly allows more than one destination image although such use has 
never been tested. It 
is safer, at least for the moment, to restrict scripts to defining a single 
destination image. This will 
be checked by the jiffle compiler.

Changed my mind about this. There are some unit tests with multiple destination 
images and generating 
multiple output images in a single jiffle script will be useful for some apps.
