Onboarding window issues #166

Issue 1. The YouTube cookies window intereferes with DA onboarding window. I didn't get a screenshot of it, but here's a screenshot of YouTube's window.

Issue 2. The DA onboarding window only appears once, even you didn't select anything. In one of my tests, I accidentally refreshed the page just as the window popped up and it disappeared forever. I know you can just change the settings yourself in the settings, but this seems like an oversight.

Ah, the cookie window is an eu only thing
