Indicator for when an original title/thumbnail has been upvoted compared to no votes #174

I use DeArrow with the Always Display The "Show Original" Button setting on, and the button essentially serves as a no clickbait indicator for me. I think it would be a nice addition to the extension if people can upvote the original title/thumbnail and shows a little badge for those videos.

I see, so a different icon between "no submission" and "original submitted"
