[suggestion] new outro segment #1361

There are too many outro's marked as end cards/credits. This is annoying when I actually want to see outros but I dont want to see an outro animation or end cards. The same issue applies to Intros (which are wrongfully marked as Intro animations in almost all cases). This is just one idea for a solution, there could be better ones that other people could suggest.

Combining #1280 and #175 might help in this regard by showing an auto-skip notice 5 seconds before multiple segments located one after another or too close.

The same issue applies to Intros (which are wrongfully marked as Intro animations in almost all cases).

You can dislike the segment. The segment will be automatically deleted if dislikes are more than the likes. Or, you can ask for help in Discord or Matrix

I think the outros are just wrongly labeled. Should be either 'Filler/Tangent Jokes' or 'Unpaid/Self Promotion' if something else than 'endcards/credits' but also not needed to understand the content of the video.

If you don't agree, I would like to hear your definition for a potential new category, which is not just defined by "a filler at the end" :)
