[Firefox] Multiple sponsored segments sometimes jumping to the end of the first #1692

Sometimes, when a video has multiple separate sponsored segments, sponsorblock will skip from the start of later segments to the end of the an earlier segment. This effectively loops the section of the video between the two sponsored segments unless the user manually goes to near the end of the second sponsored segment.

While the issue is not consistent even on videos where it happens, it almost exclusively occurs when the browser tab or window the video is currently playing in is not focused and is instead playing in the background. It also primarily rears its ugly head in longer videos, exceeding at least 20 minutes in length.

I can say that I still regularly have this same issue on the current version (5.5.5) with Firefox.

The videos I typically have this with are this video and the others on this channel. These videos are generally 45-70 minutes long with one sponsor segment right at the beginning, and a second about 30-50 minutes in.

It occurs for me when I watching these videos in the background, usually with the window minimized. It never happens when I manually skip forwards to just before the the second segment, so I'm not sure if it's the out-of-focus tab or if it involves watching for that full time. I also typically watch with the speed set to 1x or 1.15x, not sure if it's related or not.
