[feature] "skip once" option for segment types #1997

I've noticed this feature in the ReVanced YouTube APK patch for SponsorBlock, it skips over segments automatically once but ignores it after that, so I can easily go back in the timeline by hand.

I would appreciate this feature in the add-on too, as it's a "best of both worlds" situation where auto-skipping happens in most cases but doesn't obstruct me if i do decide to go back and view a segment.
