Perhaps you're having the same issue as mine, try reinstalling and using a new private User ID and see if that was the problem. I had the same issue with Chrome. https://github.com/ajayyy/SponsorBlock/issues/2066
I'd prefer not to reset my ID, I've just reinstalled the addon though and the issue remains.
You can back it up and see if having a new private UserID helps resolve your issue. You can always re-enter it afterwards. To be clear I'm not talking about your username in the Popup but your private UserID mentioned in the Backup/Restore Options section.
I've done that, yes. Changing the private user ID does indeed circumvent the error, but I don't think it's a reasonable solution since submitting and raking up stats is half the fun of submitting segments. Starting over every time this error occours is impractical and at best a short term solution.
That being said, I tried it once again shortly after reverting the ID back to my own and still got the Error 500, but have tried it once more now, a few hours later and it seems to be working fine again? It's odd but maybe reinstalling the addon, changing your ID temporarily and then back fixes the issue?
I haven't been able to submit any new segments the past week or two, I always get an Error Code: 500. Everything else works fine as far as I can tell, Videos I haven't watched before have their segments included, I just can't seem to upload mine.
