It usually breaks the youtube chapters, requiring a page reload. #2123

Hi!

One constant issue that I encounter is that the video's chapters are missing on the seekbar. I only see the chapter name besides the time. After a page refresh it always comes back. But it would be nice if I didn't need to do that. (I'm on Firefox.)

Though showing the segments skipped/to-be-skipped is a useful feature, but maybe an option method could be created that doesn't have the potential to break the seekbar chapters as it does all the time now. Maybe just draw a highlight behind or a marker over/under it?

On further trying it seems like there's an option to disable segments being added as chapters. Let's see how this works. Not sure if SB is also a factor but the viewgraph over the seekbar is also (I think always) missing when the chapters are. Though I'm not sure if it's the only time, so I'm gonna keep an eye on that.

PS: A problem that makes figuring out options is that I can't set it to English. It's automatically in my language. And the translation is harder to understand, because the translated terms are not necessarily in common use as such what they refer to is often less then obvious.
