Allow blacklisting domains #554

Some domains aren't mean to have things skipped (edpuzzle).

The extension currently does not have access to the site the embed is running on, so this is not possible right now. One idea to make this work is to use option permissions, in the same way invidious support is accomplished.

A user can add domains they want to blacklist, and it can ask for permissions to view those urls.

Is muting audio an option when segments cannot be skipped? And showing an opaque overlay?
