I have told @ajayyy before about this. IP based rate limiting is not that effective anyway. With VPS provides its simple to automate changing IP address and most have free credit https://developers.digitalocean.com/documentation/v2/#floating-ips Also can a AntMiner S9 crack this kind of hash as I think it uses an ASIC
