This issue may be broken down into smaller issues at a later date.

Muons and protons (and electrons?) should have different angular distributions. Investigate the use of these for particle ID.

Make sure that new plots introduced are consistent with the modified ones throughout (axes have font size 16; labels are to the right / top of axes). Issue #66.
