Proposal : Slider support for FloatItem #16

A small enhancement to the SliderWidget introduced in version 1.3.2 to add 
support for FloatItem.

A step parameter is introduced to FloatItem which is used by SliderWidget to 
compute the float value. 

SliderWidget remains compatible with IntItem as well.
