Disthelpers fails with vs2008=False #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use disthelpers add_modules function with vs2008=False

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error in disthelpers.py line 202: 2. remove_at_exit(vc90man)
because vc90man is only defined is vs2008 is True

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, guidata 1.3.1
