setting up RTX 4090 with 3 fans and Intel NUC combination #189

Besides the adapters and two SlimSAS cables to externalize the GPU unit out of the NUC box, it needs a power splitter, it appears. a cable is ordered. There is a draft of documentation being written。

With all cables and adapters, I was able to run 4090. The doc in #191 describes the steps I took.
