Back-ports @majick's .co file rule for the mol makefile back here, for now.
I'm planning on making some overhauls to the build system to avoid making too many more tweaks to both scripts manually, but for now, this gets it up and running for this repo as well, and makes it way more accessible than it was. Thanks again to @majick.
