"fuel-download celeba" returns Dropbox HTML #5

I presume @vdumoulin's folder sharing was turned off somehow (or reached a limit). I'd suggest making a placeholder project release on GitHub and putting the files there—it's hosted on S3 too but no limits and public access is expected.

I'll email the celebA authors and ask their permission to temporarily host it through git-LFS. Thanks for letting me know!

Let me know if anything else like this happens, I'm checking the issues fairly regularly.
