-acodec copy issues #130

Found another bug.

When using -acodec copy with .m4a (aac) files it sometimes gives the following 
error:
[ipod @ 0x10100ae00] Application provided invalid, non monotonically increasing 
dts to muxer in stream 0: 4409344 >= 4409344

Try the included file
ffmbc -i test.m4a -acodec copy output.m4a

I could not add the example file but you can find this at discussion group.
