TC burn-in filter #135

Hi Baptiste,

i'm in need of a timecode burn-in filter that would read the TC of the input 
file (usually QT DNxHD) and allow me to set the font-size and position of the 
burn-in. It should automatically detect the fps and set the TC format 
accordingly as well as allow for multiple timecodes in different formats at 
different positions. for example having a master tc at 23.976ndf as well as 
29.97df
