FFmbc-0.7-rc5 no longer shows version number #79

Just trying out FFmbc-0.7-rc5.

This is a very minor issue but it doesn't print out the version number anymore.
$ ffmbc
FFmbc version 
Copyright (c) 2008-2011 Baptiste Coudurier and the FFmpeg developers

It used to say:
$ ffmbc-0.7-rc4
FFmbc version 0.7-rc4
Copyright (c) 2008-2011 Baptiste Coudurier and the FFmpeg developers

Looks like the VERSION file is missing.
I've added it back locally and it outputs the correct version now.

Yes, I've reuploaded the tarball with the VERSION file.
