should we include a decomposition example in 2.4.1 or remove it ? not sure this would be much different from what's already written in the decomposition function subsections like svyfgtdec
does it make sense to add a bit of general text about the variance calculation of a decomposition? otherwise, should section 2.4 be moved to chapter 1 ?
