layout for real world example sections? #447

i am going to write something like this for all sections.. but before i do, wondering if you think anything ought to be modified

To understand the construction of each survey design object and respective variables of interest, please refer to section 1.4 for CPS-ASEC, 1.5 for PNAD-Contínua, 1.6 for SCF.
