for both `svygei` and `svyjdiv`, any guess why the SCF is so different from the other two datasets? #453

I think it's the effect of extreme incomes on networth. Knowing that SCF is actually supposed to measure higher incomes better, this is kind of expected, specially in measures that are more sensitive to top incomes.
