Use MarsEdit's "excerpt" instead of custom "description" field

MarsEdit 3.1.5 has a new "excerpt" field, enabled in "view" menu:

Let's use that instead of a custom "description" field that must be configured specially, as the Motor-Blog README currently instructs.
