Need to make repository specification configurable #4

Currently expects 

[org]/[module]/[revision]/[artifact]-[revision] structure.

Need to be able to specify other configs, such as 

[org]/[module]/[revision]/[type]s/[artifact]

make config read in by parsing  ivysettings.xml
