winpdb not work in python2.7 #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i install ubuntu10.10 (have python 2.6) winpdb is work
2. I upgrade to ubuntu11.04 (have python2.7) winpdb not work
3. Please fix that problem

This is NOT a python2.7 issue. Ubuntu 11.4 is most likely the culprit.
Ubuntu 11.4 broke many applications written for wxWidgets including some 
features of wxPython (the core of winpdb). The Ubuntu guys lamely say "we'll 
just blacklist any program that doesn't play nicely under unity. I did manage 
to get things working on Natty under Gnome 3 shortly before I got disgusted 
with the whole Ubuntu mess and switched to Fedora.

winpdb runs fine on Fedora 15 under python 2.7.

For the added record, I install winpdb with python 2.7 on Windows 7 and it 
works well.
