Can't nevigate to D:\ Drive #763

I have my D:\ Drive with 16 points WindowsTerminal_Dbr6pWIoaA

but I can't navigate to it using cd d

WindowsTerminal_pdG0yIcYKw

UPDATE: I use the zoxide add D:\ command to fix it
